Ryan graduated from Indiana University with a Business Management degree in 2005. He is a former Indiana University Police officer. After graduating, Ryan had a successful 15 year career managing for Walgreens Drug Stores in the southern Indiana market. It is within that role that Ryan developed a passion for serving others within the Health and Wellness field.

Trent has contributed to the successful economic development of the City of Salem and Washington County for the last 40 years. He developed Wendy Heights subdivisions, Wendy Way apartments, numerous duplex housing units and several other successful developments within the community. He currently serves on the Salem City Planning Commission. Trent and his contracting firm, Nichols Corporation, will be responsible for constructing Skyline Suites. Trent and his team will then handle routine maintenance of the property and promptly address any issues that arise.

Both Ryan and Trent were born and raised in Washington County. Together, Ryan and Trent worked to develop the concept for Skyline Suites. By touring other facilities within the market, they were able to create an experience that surpasses others in the area. By personally overseeing the daily operation, they can insure that Skyline Suites is managed to perfection to deliver a high value to their residents. Together they form a strong, local ownership dedicated to fulfilling a need in the Salem community.
